Share a Sister Partner Terms

Thank you for wanting to open a door for another woman. These are the terms of our partnership. They're written plainly on purpose.
By signing up as a Share a Sister partner, you're agreeing to the following.

1. What this is

Share a Sister is the affiliate partnership for The Sistering, operated by Isabelle Bridges. As a partner, you receive a unique link. When a woman joins The Sistering through your link and becomes a paying member, you receive a thank-you payment.
You're an independent partner, not an employee, contractor, agent, or representative of The Sistering. Nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship. You can't enter agreements or make commitments on our behalf.

2. What you earn

$500
Commission is calculated on the amount a member actually pays, after any discount or coupon, and before payment processing fees. The 10-day free trial is not a payment, so nothing is earned on it. Your earnings begin with her first real charge.

3. How a referral is credited

When someone clicks your link, a tracking cookie is placed on her device. If she joins, the referral is credited to you.
Credit goes to the most recent Share a Sister link clicked before she joins. If a woman clicks your link and later clicks another partner's link before joining, the credit goes to that partner. The same works in your favour.
We can only credit referrals that come through your link. If a woman goes to our website directly, or you share the plain website address rather than your link, we have no way to attribute her to you, and no credit can be applied after the fact. We're not able to reassign referrals retroactively.
You cannot earn commission on your own membership or on a membership you purchase for someone else.

4. When and how you're paid

Payments are made through PayPal. You'll need to connect a PayPal account before you can access your link, so we always have a way to pay you.
Commission is held for 30 days after the member's payment before it's released. This covers the window in which a member might request a refund.
If a member refunds or charges back a payment, any commission on that payment is reversed. If it has already been paid to you, it's deducted from your next payment.
You're responsible for any taxes on what you earn. If you're in the US, we collect a W-9 at signup. If you're outside the US, we collect a W8-BEN. We may withhold payment until we have a valid form on file.

5. What we ask of you

Please share personally. This program exists for genuine, personal introductions.
Please don't:

• Run paid advertising that points to The Sistering, or bid on "The Sistering," "Isabelle Bridges," or similar terms in search
• Promise specific outcomes, results, income, or health improvements to anyone considering joining
• Represent yourself as speaking for The Sistering or Isabelle
• Use spam, purchased lists, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Offer cash back, rebates, or your own incentives for joining through your link
• Register domains, social handles, or accounts using our name
• Share your link on coupon, deal, or discount-code sites

Please do: disclose that you may receive a thank-you payment when you share. In the US the FTC requires this, and beyond that it's simply honest. A line as simple as "I'm a partner with The Sistering and may receive a small thank-you if you join" is enough.

6. Our materials

We'll give you copy, graphics, and messaging you're welcome to use, adapt, and personalise for sharing The Sistering.
These stay ours. Please don't use The Sistering name, logo, or materials for anything other than sharing The Sistering, and please don't alter our logo or claim the materials as your own. If our partnership ends, please stop using them and remove your links.

7. Confidentiality

If you're a member of The Sistering as well as a partner, everything shared inside our circles stays inside them. Nothing another woman shares in a circle may be used in your promotion, ever, including anonymously.

8. Ending the partnership

You can leave any time. Just let us know and remove your links.
We may end a partnership at any time, with or without cause. If we end it because of something in section 5, we may withhold unpaid commission. Otherwise, anything already earned and past its hold period will still be paid.
We may also close accounts that have no activity for 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms, and we'll email you before any change that affects what you earn. Continuing to share after that means you accept the updated version. Changes won't reduce commission already earned on referrals made before the change.

10. The plain-language bottom line

We can't guarantee any particular earnings. Some partners refer many women and some refer none, and that's genuinely okay. Our liability is limited to commission actually owed to you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
