The Mother’s Empowerment Sisterhood (MES) is an online membership that provides educational content, group calls, co-working sessions, mentor conversations, rituals, community discussions, and other empowerment-focused resources for mothers.
MES is designed to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, embodiment, reflection, and community connection.

2. Not Therapy, Medical, or Legal Advice

You understand and agree that:
MES is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or mental health care
MES does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
Participation does not create a therapist-client, coach-client, or fiduciary relationship
All content is for educational and informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, trauma responses, or mental health concerns, you agree to seek appropriate professional support outside of MES.

3. Personal Responsibility & Self-Pacing

You acknowledge that:
You are responsible for choosing how and when you engage with content
You may pause, opt out, or modify participation at any time
You will honor your own capacity, boundaries, and nervous system needs
You agree to participate in a way that feels safe and supportive for you.

4. Community Standards & Confidentiality

MES is a closed, confidential container.
By participating, you agree to:
Keep personal stories shared by other members private and confidential
Not share, record, screenshot, or distribute member content without explicit permission
Engage respectfully, without judgment, harassment, or unsolicited advice
We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these community agreements, without refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All MES materials (including videos, audios, PDFs, written content, frameworks, and recordings) are the intellectual property of Isabelle Bridges.
You agree:
Content is for personal use only
You may not copy, distribute, resell, or share materials outside the membership
You may not use MES content to create competing programs or offerings

6. Payment, Billing & Cancellation

MES is offered as a monthly or annual subscription, billed automatically
You may cancel at any time through your account prior to your next billing date
No partial refunds are provided for unused time
Bonuses, founder pricing, or beta pricing may be subject to specific terms
Any applicable guarantees (such as a 14-day guarantee) will be clearly stated on the sales page and honored as written.

7. No Guarantees

You understand that personal growth and empowerment are individual processes.
We make no guarantees regarding:
Specific emotional, financial, relational, or life outcomes
Speed or results of transformation
Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your engagement, life circumstances, and personal choices.

8. Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including emotional discomfort that may arise from self-reflection, embodiment practices, or group discussions.
You release the Company from liability for any outcomes resulting from your participation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Isabelle Bridges and MES shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the membership.

10. Modification of Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
